Purchased is far from being installed. The KUPER Service Department deals with all the necessary details for you. This allows you to have your machine line up and running as quickly as possible.
- Transportation/Positioning and Assembly
KUPER takes care of transportation and installs the machine line/machine on your premises.
Even a complete repositioning is no problem.
- Commissioning/Start-up
You leave nothing to chance: with a commissioning/start-up on your premises.
- Introduction/Training
The KUPER Team takes care of the introduction to the machine and the training of future operating personnel.
- Accompanied Production
Upon request, a KUPER employee is available to assist you on site for another 1-2 weeks.
This ensures smooth-running production.
- After-Sales-Service
The majority of malfunctions can be simply remedied through a telephone consultation with the KUPER Service Department.
If necessary, we will send one of our qualified service technicians to make repairs on your premises.
