SALES MANAGER and PROCESS CONSULTANT GERMANY (M/F/D)

  • Opening up new sales markets for the products and product groups of our trade partners
  • Acquisition of new customers and cooperation partners as well as development of long-term sales potentials
  • Advising our customers and prospective customers on different machine solutions, processes and application techniques
  • Advising our customers with regard to optimising the manufacturing processes, increasing productivity, expanding the product portfolio and making investment decisions
  • Performing Return on Investment calculations in investment planning
  • Quotation calculation in cooperation with the internal sales team
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Market and competition analysis with derivation of corresponding recommendations for action
  • Proactive maintenance of CRM data
  • Organisation and implementation of trade fair appearances
  • Support of trade partners at the customer and at trade fairs

  • Completed apprenticeship as a wood technician or equivalent skills acquired through relevant professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in joineries, furniture production companies or similar areas or in the sale of woodworking machines with consulting competence
  • Open and communicative manner as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Experience in dealing with sales controlling, especially CRM systems
  • Ability to implement complex production requirements in rational customer solutions
  • Willingness to inform yourself intensively about new markets and areas of application and to familiarise yourself with them
  • High customer orientation and consulting competence
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Negotiating skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany
  • Possession of a valid driving licence
  • Fluent in spoken and written German
