Spare parts, consumption items and tools
Information with regard to the handling of orders and returns

Dear Customer,
our service team is always fast in response to spare part orders, consumables item orders and/or tool orders. Thanks to our comprehensive and sophisticated spare parts management almost all standard parts are ready to ship in stock. Whatever is not available, we make or order and ship immediately, to ensure you can continue with your production as fast as possible.

Please note that we have a minimum order value of 50,00 EUR. This does not apply to orders placed via our online shop.

Materials that have been officially ordered can only be taken back in consideration of a value deduction of 10 % (maximum EUR 100,00 per item)

There are inspection costs for electronic components, which have not been installed by our technician.
Only after inspection a credit note can be issued if necessary. Commissioned parts and custom-made products are excluded from withdrawal.

Spare parts whose delivery date is more than 3 months ago, are not taken back and will not be credited.
