Sales Manager International (M/F/D)

  • Opening up new sales markets for the products of KUPER machines
  • Acquisition of new customers and cooperation partners
  • Supporting, advising and maintaining contacts with existing customers
  • Advising our customers and prospective customers on different machine solutions, processes and application techniques
  • Collaboration in process optimisation
  • Calculation and preparation of quotations together with the relevant departments
  • Preparation of market and competition analyses with derivation of corresponding recommendations for sales action
  • Customer and order reporting, e.g. in the company's own CRM system
  • Organisation and implementation of trade fair appearances
  • Support of trade partners at the customer and at trade fairs

  • Completed apprenticeship as a technician or equivalent skills acquired through relevant professional experience
  • Several years of sales experience
  • Ability to implement complex product requirements in rational customer solutions
  • Willingness to familiarise yourself intensively with new markets and application techniques
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strong communication skills and confident manner
  • Negotiating skills and closure confidence
  • Willingness to travel
  • Possession of a valid driving licence
  • Business-fluent German and English
