Crossfeed Veneer Splicers

KUPER FWQ.

The right size for every job.

The KUPER FWQ is the perfect solution for large and small veneer sheets. It produces so-called endless sheets or pre-programmed fixed dimension veneers from peeled and cut veneer strips of different widths. Or also pre-programmed fixed veneer dimensions. It is easy to operate and guarantees absolutely tight joints by the world-famous KUPER zig-zag technology. Kuper reliable.

The unique KUPER zig-zag gluing system guarantees cost-saving and rational veneer processing. The veneer pattern, the surface and the trouble-free subsequent processing are the distinguishing characteristics of all KUPER veneer splicing machines.

KUPERPOWER for your business.

Advantages at a glance

  • The only zig-zag crossfeed splicing machine world-wide!
  • New design
  • Servo drives
  • New: Touch panel control

Typical end products are panels, doors, walls and cabinet sides. This efficient machine also masters smaller surfaces and veneer patterns. The KUPER FWQ is also a “one-person machine”, no matter whether veneer patterns or fixed dimensions are required. The photoelectronically controlled guillotine knife cuts any pre-selected dimension exactly from the “endless” veneer sheet – for an optimum material yield. An integrated automatic stacker after the gluing and cutting zone carefully places any fixed dimension on pallet trucks.
