KUPER ZFS.

Parallel and in a straight line: two-sided cutting of veneer packages with top and bottom knife.

Anything, just no halfway measures. The KUPER ZFS cuts veneer packages on both sides with a top knife and a bottom knife. The veneer package is placed on the machine table against the limit stop. The guide light here clearly shows the rear cutting line and the optimization laser shows the front cutting line. Kuper precise. After entering the cutting width, the programmed cutting cycle is executed: And we’re off. The table moves to cutting position, the pressure bar clamps the veneer package, which is now cut ready for jointing by the top knife and the bottom knife. Then the table returns to its alignment position.

High-Speed Positioning Drive.

To vary the width dimensions, the machine table with the bottom knife can be adjusted by a high-speed positioning drive. A pressure bar clamps the veneer package, then the top knife cuts downward toward the table, the bottom knife cuts upward toward the pressure bar. The stability of the machine ensures secure collection in the event of high pressing and cutting forces.

Precision Cut Option:

With the aid of the precision cutting device thick veneers can be cut even more precisely. A rough cut and a precision cut prevent breakouts at the bottom sides of the veneer.

Clearly visible marking of the cutting line by means of a guide light.

Straight and parallel cutting of the veneers – Maximum precision in cutting ensures the tight-joint splicing after the cut for all kinds of veneer.

Swinging and powerfull drawing motion

Cuts of highest quality thanks to the swinging and powerfull drawing motion of the knife at an angle of approx. 20°.

Less veneer scrap

An adjustable optimization laser reduces the amount of veneer scrap.

Time saving

The machine has a cutting capacity of approximately 2 to 3 packs per minute. This includes inserting, aligning, cutting and removing the veneer.
