My professional development at KUPER began with an apprenticeship as a precision mechanic in mechanical engineering. Early on, I realized that KUPER places great emphasis on Industry 4.0 and the use of innovative technologies. To contribute effectively in this forward-thinking environment, I developed a desire to expand my knowledge in electrical engineering.

Encouraged by my colleague Ralf, I decided to pursue additional training as an industrial electrician with a focus on operational technology in service. KUPER fully supported me in this decision, allowing me to seamlessly combine my training with my work in the service department. The transition to vocational school with block lessons was also organized smoothly, enabling me to continue working in a hands-on capacity.

The service department at KUPER sets high standards, and balancing the demands of training, vocational school, and exams can be challenging at times. However, thanks to the outstanding support from KUPER, I am able to successfully meet all challenges.

For anyone interested in mechanical engineering and seeking future-oriented further education, I highly recommend pursuing training or further education in electrical engineering. KUPER offers the ideal conditions to grow both professionally and personally.
