With an industrial PC we perform the remote maintenance via the popular, tried and true TeamViewer software. This can be set up easily without extensive IT know how. When you require service, just start TeamViewer and give our KUPER experts access.
Without an industrial PC we will use a so-called VPN connection, that is, a secure direct connection via your router, allowing our KUPER experts to connect to your machine. Our technician will set up this connection when the machine is set up, then you will have custom remote maintenance when you require service. Kuper flexible.
